“Yeah… that one thing Agata and your dad warned us about? Happens once a year in the market? The one they refused to explain?” Jaiime trails off, growing more concerned as they stare at her blankly. “You guys are making me feel nosey…”
Jason shrugs. “We could go check. I doubt it’s tonight specifically, maybe it’s just some weird initiation shit. Worst case, we just watch from outside the mansion.”
“Yeah, let’s go,” Elijah agrees. “It’s late, and he doesn’t usually do night patrol. Odds are he’s not even there.”
“Wouldn’t your dad notice?” Jaiime asks
“He knows we’re out, has our location, and he’s already asleep,” Jason says casually. “What’s the worst that could happen?”
Dear readers, twas the “Day of Depravity.”
The mansion is empty. The three lions wander until they notice the unusual amount of traffic near the Black Market. Before they can rethink it, they’re swept into the crowd and eventually scramble their way up onto a building after getting spooked by the overwhelming presence of meat.
From above, they stare down at a makeshift platform, surrounded by drummers and a scene they very much were not meant to witness (and would absolutely get grounded for later).
All three exchange looks.
“Now what?” Jaiime asks.
“Dads gonna murder all of—” Elijah starts.
“I KNOW,” Jason snaps.
All three went back to silence and stared off into the crowd. The path they used to climb up is now packed with animals. Getting down isn’t exactly an option anymore.
“We’re gonna have to wait it out,” Elijah sighs.
The other two groan

The sudden boom of drums startles them awake. They cautiously peek over the edge.
Animals flood the area from every alley. Komodo dragons introduced as the Dokugumi, jaguars as the Madaragumi, foxes as the Inarigumi, and seeing their familiar lions appearing last. Their attention locks onto the chaos below, spotting Agata and the rest of the gang in action.
“Yooooo… I would,” Jaiime mutters, giggling to herself as she watches the crowd of attractive gang members.
“Of course you would,” Elijah says dryly. “…me too, though.”
“Let’s look them up,” Jason says, already pulling out his phone.
It doesn’t take long for all three of them to fall down a rabbit hole of forums and records, matching names to faces as the event unfolds in real time.

This is how I imagine Legosi ending up looking by the time he's 17 and on in my fanfic on AO3.
Yes, that on his right arm is a tattoo and he has different scars from the ones he has in canon. In this au, he was raised by his grandfather and the Dokugumi. Gosha happens to be their leader, making Legosi the heir. His mask can also be seen at the top left corner and even if he doesn't have venom, he still wears a mask to show he's part of the Gumi.
The fic is called Raised by Lions and focuses mostly on the what if situation where Louis is raised by the Shishigumi, but Legosi is such a fun addition to the narrative. This is how I imagine him at least, I'd like to hear your rendition of him, if you've read the fic.

In chapter 192 we learn that Melon just shot himself a second time. No heros dieing this time. Yafya carries him to the hospital bc they couldn't call an ambulance. At The mean time Legosi, Louis and Gosha get ready to leave the back alley market for the day.
This is reather calm chapter. Everyone is happy that they won but celebrating really calmly. They feel bad about Melon almost killing himself. Twice. Legosi and Louis high five which is extremly cute. "We just defeted the most evil person in the city! High five!"
I love how Louis didn't get any sleep this night and is like: "My company may be falling apart right now. Imma check. And YOU Legosi, don't even dare come with me. YOU are going straight to the hospital!"

All in all in this chapter it's hard not to ship lougosi (is this the ship name?)
Dokugumi meets Gosha and it made me revisit chapters where Legosi fights them (they are the Comodo dragon mafia if you don't remember). And honestly, this was my favourite part of turf war arc. Much better than fight with Melon. Maybe I'll make a post exclusively about them. When Legosi was fighting Dokugumi's boss, Savon, he mumbled something about his grandpa but nothing about him being a comodo dragon. I'm not sure if dokugumi realised Gosha and Legosi are related or are they just surprised to see a comodo dragon with the Beastar
I tried to find if this was some Comodo dragon gesture or is Gosha just creating a meme but I didn't find anything in Dokugumi vs Legosi fight chapters.
Now time for the most important part of this chapters plot.
It's a really noce drawing and shows Yafya as genuinly good person. Especially when we get to know why he decided to carry Melon to the hospital himself.

Yafya decided not to tell Melon the truth about his father, he thought it was more humanitary. And then Melon is all like: "Ha! You thought I'm bad just because I had terrible family situation? NO! I chose to be evil myself! You are going down with me! Arf!"
Honestly at this moment I don't know what to think about Melon. I'm not really sure if what he's telling is true. After all he lies to everybody, why wouldn't he lie to himself? I just hope our Beastars will find Yafya in time to save him. It may not be possible since Melon probably bitten his bigges blood arteries. (sorry if it's a wrong term) Well, I guess if he dies someone will have to decide who becomes a new Beastars. Or maybe Beastars? 😏
