Ponzu from the Madaragumi 🐆🌂
Madagarumi and Shishigumi beef/fights decreasing suspiciously coincide with Jaiimes heats
....strip poker
Yeah they definitely played those at least once, not often but in some occasions especially when they're bored as hell
Hmmm
It would be funny if they play it around autumn or winter season because of the cold 😂 but they do have rows of alcohol near them to keep themselves warm
I mean imagine being half naked, cold, drunk, and trying to win a game at the same time

My Theory of the Madaragumi: Origins, Structure, and Internal Dynamics (because there isn't much information or content about them)
1. Composition and Aesthetics:· Species: A gang composed exclusively of male leopards.· Aesthetics: They wear a mix of traditional Japanese clothing (kimonos, haori, geta) and modern accessories (fedoras, sunglasses), proudly displaying their spots. They carry katanas more as a status symbol than as a practical weapon.
2. Biological Weakness as Philosophy:· Their greatest pride (their spots) is also their greatest tactical weakness. Their fur pattern betrays their muscle movements to carnivores with kinetic vision (like the lions of the Shishigumi), which explains their rivalry and previous defeats against them.
3. The Three Key Elite Members and Their Dynamic:·
Miso (Leader, ~42 years old, 15-16 when he joined): · Personality: A functional narcissist. He is not the leader for being the strongest or smartest, but for being the most visible and charismatic. He has ambitious ideas, but his execution is disastrous because every plan must glorify him. · Rise to Power: He became leader not through a master plan, but by accumulating visible "feats." He was hyperactive, always volunteering for public missions, being the public face and associating his name with the group's successes until he became the most obvious (and dangerous) choice when the previous leadership became vacant.·
Ponzu (Second-in-Command, ~45 years old, 18-19 when he joined): · Personality: The pragmatic strategist. With a cynical and annoyed attitude, he is the operational intelligence behind the leader. He is considered a "fool" by other gang members for following and putting up with Miso. · Bond with Miso: They are old friends from before the gang. They met working a part-time job at a convenience store. Ponzu doesn't follow Miso out of blind loyalty, but out of a "big brother" sense of responsibility. He knows Miso is an idiot who would get into mortal trouble without him, so he joined the Madaragumi to protect him.·
Su (Young Member 25 years, ~17-18 years old when he joined): · Personality: Positive and somewhat naive. He is the youngest and most idealistic member.
· Recruitment: He was a “whim hire” by Miso. Su was a young, poor leopard who was caught stealing in their territory. Miso, flattered by his admiration or seeing “potential,” insisted on recruiting him against Ponzu’s better judgment. ·
Function in the Trio: He became the “little brother.”
He is a strategic asset: he is easier to trust for certain deals, he attracts young recruits, and he acts as an outlet for Miso’s ego, who indulges him and sees in him a captive audience.
4. The Dysfunctional but Effective Leadership Dynamic:·
Miso is the “WHY”: He provides the vision, charisma, identity (“Spotted Pride”), and ambition.·
Ponzu is the “HOW”: He provides the strategy, logistics, pragmatism, and prevents the gang from sinking due to Miso’s whims.·
Su is the “BRIDGE”: He connects the gang with the new generations and softens the dynamic between the two older members.
5. Rituals and Internal Culture:· “Indulging Whims”: Ponzu uses the strategy of “indulging whims” to manage Miso. These are small concessions (like approving a minor expense or a low-risk plan) that keep Miso happy and cooperative on more important matters.·
The “Miso-move”: An internal term to describe an impulsive, narcissistic act that generates chaos. Members avoid making “Miso-moves."· Leisure Time: Su’s video game console became a source of unification. Even Miso plays, and it has become a ritual where the leader lets his guard down and bonds with his subordinates.
Theory Conclusion:The Madaragumi is not strong in spite of its dysfunctional leadership, but because of it. Miso and Ponzu are a package deal: together they form a complete leader (charisma + strategy).
Su’s presence adds new blood and a humanizing element. The gang is a spotted family, where loyalty and annoyance are two sides of the same coin, and where success is based on a strange and chaotic synergy.

I did a Beastars fancomic! But it's about my oc! I will put more characters in future!
It's about Jude ( Puma ) !
I can't describe my oc's with words so I will drew their life like Paru!
Saw a funny reel on tarot reading and then i suddenly remember Jaiime can do that
And uh...what if she gives the guys a tarot reading
Yeah she always does readings for Elijah and Jason, and knowing that felines are pretty spiritual in Beastars fueled me into incorporating that tehhe. I wanna add that she keeps her whiskers and uses them for divination on more specific readings, decisions, and spells. As soon as Elijah found out, he got a reading on random stuff, same with Jason and Robert. This really only extends to her friends and some family. It's usually just for insight on decision and the general energy of the day/week.
It’s funny now that I have a cat, I can keep her whisker sheds for some spells I’ve been eyeing hehe.
Also food for thought, would either the madaragumi or shishigumi have a deity or animal that works with spirits for their gang stuff? Given they already do whisker divination as a group, it wouldn’t seem that far fetched to me if they had someone they go to ask questions about upcoming deals or performing rituals for safety/luck/hexing. Reminds me of how some cartels have ties to the Santa Muerte and how some shows are exaggerating ts and making the whole religion appear evil.
