Why do the Murkrow work for Dolce who's a Mismagius and not a Honchkrow, maybe it's the hat hair?

Dolce: I’m getting the strangest sense of déjà vu.Anyway... That’s a bit presumptuous, wouldn’t you say? They work for me because I freed them from the rule of a tyrant. I suppose to them running the occasional errand is much better than constantly being forced to serve a lazy ruler.

Chrysa@Dolce: So how often do other Pokemon come to you for medicine? And what kind of payment do you require? Money? Rare items? Or maybe someone doing some errands for you?

Dolce: Keke. Actually it’s quite convenient. Did you know that I have an entire murder of Murkrow at my beck and call?...I don’t get customers very often though- Lance is the first one I have had in a while. Hm. Considering my reputation I suppose it isn’t surprising that many avoid my medicine making business, or business with me in general.
