I’m really hyped for Starwars‘s spin-off The Bad batch so I drew my defective stormtrooper medic, Doll, in the squad’s aesthetic
Doll’s defect causes him to be very weak in cold weather, to the point of “shutting down” but it granted him the ability to withstand extreme arid environments/temperatures (deserts, fires) with barely any damages
Decided to redesign Doll’s bad batch armor to make it more ‘Custom Recycled’
Commando helmet with a reg-ish armor
(And I wanted him to have a taser like baton since I imagined he would strike precise body parts to strike his foes)
Doll might get a stronger stamina and energy through big source of heat and warmth
But it doesn’t mean he’s impervious to actual fire
What about Doll helping heal up the BB or Kamileo? He also kinda seems like the type to scold them for their dumb action but at the same time the one who might help Kamileo out with his trauma... idk if that how he's meant to be but that kinda how he comes across the me...

Well ‘good’ as development but not as a positive note
After some thinking, his story is that he’s actually a prototype for a new line of clone troopers ! Unlike desirable mutations, The kaminoian wanted a special line capable to infiltrate enemy lines, So they wanted him to be ‘perfect’ and worked endlessly to fix any of his flaws (morphing time, how accurate, side effects etc etc). Needless to say Kamileo feared them...
he managed to escape Kamino by stealing the place of a graduating Cadet. It worked for a while until his lack of battlefield knowledge came bite him in the ass (since the kaminoans were more focused on his genetics makeup than field test) and soon realized the battalion had an ‘imposter’ amongst them... he was terrified when he heard he was going to be sent back, panicking and begging to stay, he did not wanted to go back there, not after everything he did to be free from them. Thankfully his commander and/or general helped him stay and being under Kamino’s radar, Kamileo would be forever grateful for them (and this is what I have so far)
Now about Doll
He would definitely scold the bad batch for their dumbest injuries, even a light smack on the back on their heads a la Fives, pinching the bridge of his nose saying “let me guess-“ before pin pointing Which injury Wrecker or Crosshair tried to hide.... he’s basically a mom, a proud mom of a few dumb kids who would do anything to make sure they are fully healed, well rested and hydrated enough
Doll would definitely be very soft and gentle with Kamileo if they ever met, he would be very patient and delicate with his skin issues and letting him vent/open up if he wants to. Doll would be a supporting shoulder to cry on if need be and wouldn’t pressure him to continue if it’s too much, he would sit with him reassure him and made sure he feels safe.

Notes about Doll’s bad batch armor

Each parts of Doll’s Armor have tiny heat pads to maintain his body temperature so he can fonction normally or act as a sort of adrenaline boost depending on the situation
The pads are control from his vambrace, showing various levels of energy and a time limit
If his armor reaches a certain level of damage, a small alarm goes will off, signaling the temperature dropping and what small amount time he has left before he passes out
(again it depends on the condition of the planet: his timer won’t really be needed longer on tropical/desert planets, it can vary on rainy, jungle like or other type of planets with a ‘comfortable’ weather and will be cut short on cold-Icey planets)
I still need to figure how he settles with the bad batch... maybe he walk around the ship with a heated blanket... like a giant warm burrito
Bonus notes (old, still debating)
idk if it’s too op or not but since he never left kamino until he proved he was useful, He spent most of his time studying various Alien anatomy, mostly to quickly identify injuries and how to treat them (almost like Holmes’s deduction skills in Sherlock)
But also where to hit/press specific areas of a body in case he’s in danger/trap and escape

he’s a medic clone, that can’t handle cold temperatures (but very resilient in environments with high aridity) and chose the name Doll
In the sketch’s situation (unofficial)
He and his team were supposed to assist a Jedi master, on a winter like planet, until the clones received the order 66
Doll fell unconscious in the snow (because of his low tolerance to cold) before he could hear the order and stayed in some sort of coma until he got dug up (probably last trilogy or the mandalorian timeline)
