Slow Miles
My speed work on Wednesday was followed by spin Thursday morning, then a run Thursday night, and a run this morning. HOLY cow. My upper legs are so sore and uncooperative right now. Both runs were slow and both got cut a little short. I have 15 miles tomorrow though (swapped Saturday/Sunday) and it seemed silly to wear myself out this morning when I have a bigger commitment tomorrow.
So basically, only loosely sticking to the plan. What else is new? I’m not too concerned about it because my weekly mileage is still going to be respectable (close to 39 miles + cross training). At least I got to listen to an awesome NPR segment during my run this morning. :)
