E: First order of business resolved. Thank you.
Anyway, a secondary note and apology to my watchers:
I also apologize to the rest of my followers who are being bombarded with me saying things like "I made dis" this a lot recently, but I hope you understand that I would like my dumb fan work recognized. Fanart is my primary way of interacting with fandom. It's really the only way I meet people who like the same things I do, since most of my friends don't share my interests and since I don't engage with fandom outside of fanart. I don't join communities or long discussions or things, and I'm too shy to initiate contact with other fans, so I just draw. It's fun, I like doing the drawings and I like receiving feedback and knowing people like what I'm doing. It's discouraging to see things going unattributed, enough for me to not want to share the images in the first place. I'm sure other artists feel the same frustration, maybe for different reasons and maybe to varying degrees but it's distressing either way.
Thanks to new technology sourcing's not even that hard anymore. There are new tools on the internet, such as google's reverse image search or Tinyeye. There's also the very useful bookmarlet called Src Img that will do the work for you right from your bookmark toolbar.
Anyway, that's what's going on with these annoying reblogs/messages. I'd like to stop as much as you probably would like me to, but that'd only happen if I stopped seeing unsourced art.
