I did it! Holy s**t😱
My own version of domino cubes.
Something that I really missed during the holidays. But finally, after some testing & research, I made my own low carb dominos.
Bottom layer is a coconut flour gingerbread, suggerless jelly in the middle and selfmade marzipan (sweet almond paste) on top. The whole thing is covered in 99% dark chocolate. 🤤
And they are absolutely amazing. And about 4g carb per piece. So happy this worked. 🤗
