Mikkeller’s Don Graper IPA with Riesling Grape Must (Picked up at Clem’s Bottle House). A 4 of 4. Lots of great complexity in this with the expected white wine and light grape notes alongside a big, juicy tropical profile. The body is nice and hazy and well-balanced between some juicy sweetness up front and a more aggressive bitterness in the finish. Pretty great.
