Imma let you finish, Monday, but this Trini food was amazing! There are four Trinidadian restaurants in Houston and only two serve pholourie. Donafe's Cafe in Vintage Park is one of them with unctuous oxtail soup, perfectly ripe plantains, and delicious curried chicken.
