Consider looking for a wool or down coat if you are in the market for a new coat. Alternatively consider a manufacturers using recycled plastic or plastic reclaimed from the ocean. Patagonia is notorious for producing ethically made clothing. Clearly, it costs more however purchasing fewer well made garments as opposed to many of lesser quality contributes to a more juer world. Susan was able to acquire a Patagonia coat three years ago on sale that was from two seasons back.
