Alright.. I’ve worked online and I have got paid for it on Paypal... BUT MY PAYPAL IS NOT ACTIVE CAUSE I HAVE NO CREDIT CARD!!!!

The issue here is.. I made a Neteller account so I’ll get my credict card online... but Im need soemone to give me 3USD (transfer to my neteller) so I can get my CREDIT CARD and I can ACTIVE my PayPal and I can ACEPT THE PAYMENT I WORKED FOR :(
