I am utterly heartbroken to hear the passing of my sweet friend Jessica @jessicamelore. 💔 She passed earlier this morning after a long wait for a heart and kidney transplant. Jess was a 20 year old heart attack survivor, heart transplant recipient, leg amputee, and a 3 time cancer survivor. She was the most kind, giving, positive and beautiful person. She taught and helped me so many times, thanklessly. Her life was all about life! She was inspiring till the end. I will miss her more then words can express. Please be an organ donor.
