cutural dress is expensive and typically only used on special occasions (holidays, festivals, weddings, comming of age ceremonies, etc) so when realistically learning about a culture you plan to visit (or esp if you plan/hope to move there) it's often more important to learn about modren everyday dress. this sucks and is boring bc it's all p much the same across the globe
