I want to see a therapist but I have issues opening up to anybody even my gf of two years what should i do, I don't want to waste the time of a therapist who could be truly helping someone whom truly needs it - dontaskidontknow

Hi there,A therapist can help you open up. It's always a good idea to try. If it isn't working, you can stop going and/or find a new therapist that may be better at helping you open up. They are trained to help you open up, just try to go in with an open mind (as much as you can).Good luck,Lucy
