A pre-fast treat. So every three months I have dedicated to fasting at least five consecutive days. It was how I really got the ball rolling after a month of successfully fasting 16 hours+ a day. Today I strive for 18 to 23 hours daily. You need to allow your body time to process what you eat and this doesn't happen by eating every four to six hours. I understand however everyone is different and what may work for some can be unadvised for others.
