Sometimes, it really pays to be such a bitch. 😎 I ordered a replacement phone (iPhone 6 Plus) last week and got a refurbished phone in which the home button didn't work. Plus, it was ugly slate gray. (Mine was gold) Ordered another replacement and it was gold, but the touch screen was whack. So I called today, expressed the importance of having a working phone, not a refurbished piece of crap.
