Ways to sedate

No one understands, no one will understand the things I do. The things I do physically or mentally. It's all up in my head I say. Try harder Mel! You can do this. But so much effort into half a step it tiring. Most of the times I trip and occasionally I fall. I know smoking is very bad for you. I've cut down so much and it's so painful. I'm addicted and I know it. I try my best to not but my body hurts, I feel like shit if I don't smoke the amount I do. But I know I'll be getting a little better. I'm just scared, scared that I'll go back to worse habits. Habits that will destroy me or even kill me. Like I said half steps, quitting one thing leads to another hindering my way back from where I came from, I just want to open the car door and go home.
