"If you [really] love Me, you will keep [obey] My commands." - John 14:15 "Why do you call me 'Lord, Lord', but you don't do what I say?" - Luke 6:46 "So because you are lukewarm and nir cold, I will spew you out of My mouth" - Revelation 3:16 We don't have to love God on our own and obey him in our own strength. We use his strength when we invite him to live in our hearts. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." - Philippians 4:13. God never intended for us to be right in our own strength, but we are right through the sacrifice of Christ. Not one of us is righteous on our own. It can be exhausting, but with his help we can have the strength needed to get through a tough minute or hour, day, week, etc. We just have to surrender it all to him and he will take care of the rest. He knows each of us personally and he knows where we all fall short so he can help us. ".... in this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." - John 16:33. So any addictions we have he has overcome for us. Take it to the Lord there is nothing he hasn't seen. #faith #dontjustsayit #beit #hecanhelp
