This might look 👀 like weird. What I’m actually doing is going on tip toe multiple times, standing straight as close as I can to the wall as is possible and stretching 🙆♂️ my arms upwards. Often doing this a couple hundred times. I do this in the bathroom first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I find this helps me go to the loo for a number 2. It gets the insides of my body moving and is most helpful when I feel constipated. There are many other stretches I do for the same benefit including bending my knees.
