This might look 👀 like weird. What I’m actually doing is going on tip toe multiple times, standing straight close to the wall and stretching 🙆♂️ by placing my arms gently on the wall and bending my knees. I normally do repetitions of 15. A variation is standing on one 🦵. I do this in the bathroom first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I find this helps me go to the loo for a number 2. It gets the insides of my body moving and is most helpful when I feel constipated. But it is beneficial to heal injured knees.
