Obviously the key to big girl plates is a vanilla frosting cream filled donut 🍩🙈🍩🙈. Also I didnt eat the donut at the gym but the freaking floor was sticky and sticking to my shoe....so that’s why I kept moving my feet before the actual squat 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️. Who ate the donut 🍩 for reals? - - - Obviously I am feeling physically awesome today. So you betcha I was going to take advantage of it. I think could of been a smidge lower on the depth but ha ha I think I got excited that 225lbs felt good and rushed getting out of the hole from the excitement. I didn’t feel like I cheated the depth but from looking at this I know I normally can go a little lower. Followed this up with 3 x 3 at 195lbs which felt awesome as well. P.S. second rep I cheated the 3rd because my knee popped 🤦🏻♀️ and no I am not hurt or injured it just felt weird. Made up for it on the 3rd set.
