but!!! c!tommy's a chaotic shit by nature and hes /also/ got a lot of shit to sort out and is probably just focusing on getting information and payback rn rather than. logically solving things. right??? you. you see where im coming from. im. im going to have to watch the vod but rn im sure he didnt ENTIRELY mean to go too far like that???
AHHHH IM SO CONFLICTED
cause on one hand, the ranboo fan in me is screaming blood for the blood star bc tommy even THOUGHT of yelling at ranboo. ranboos really done nothing wrong, hes helped tommy at every turn, visited him during his exile, and has generally just been a loyal, healthy friend since the start. he doesnt deserve to be yelled at like he was
on the other hand, tommy is an incredibly complex, traumatized character. hes reacting to events irrationally and chaotically bc of the shit hes experienced in the past!!! hes desperate to get some semblance of normalcy and stability back in his life, and he believes getting those discs back will help him achieve that! hes acting in reaction to his trauma, and god you cant really blame him for that. hes conflicted, and fundy has wronged him/his allies so it's a bit more justified
but on the THIRD hand fundy is ALSO a complicated traumatized character! hes also acting in reaction to his trauma, and that doesnt excuse his actions in the past but it certainly brings them into a new light! he deserves to be happy and have a place where he can have a peaceful life, but he keeps just getting beaten down which influences his actions! fuck!!!!!

The Chronicles of Dee Dee & Kris- Chapter 1
Princess Lia peered over the smooth lake surface, wishing for something to happen. She skipped another stone across the lake but instead of hearing it hit the water Lia heard a small voice something. “Huh?”
The voice spoke again, “I said! Why would you throw a perfectly good stone into a lake. Lia saw that the source of the voice was a woman with long brown in the lake.
“Are you a mermaid?” Lia asked in amazement. The woman look up at the teen.
“Sure am! Do you like fun?” The mermaid replied.
“Yes! Yes, I do!” Lia said jumping up from her seat on a log. Suddenly the mermaid grabbed Lia’s wrist and pulled her with great strength into the water. The mermaid held onto her wrist as they swam through the water.
The water was almost freezing because it was near the end of fall, Lia shivered as she wondered where the mermaid was taking her.

As Dee Dee finished their favorite thing, they sighed wondering when their friend would get back. Suddenly a little bell went off, knowing the friend was home made Dee Dee get up to greet them.

After a few minutes of the mermaid practically dragging Lia behind her, they finally stopped. Lia was thrown from the freezing water onto a stone floor by the mermaid. Before any questions could be asked the mermaid pushed a button causing a bell to ring and in only a minute or two a woman with dragon wings and horns came in with a tray in their hands.
Lia recognized the woman to be a demonic dragon. The dragon looks at Lia with a surprised expression before saying, “Kris? Is this a human?”. The mermaid, who just pulled out a bottle with a green liquid within it, answered quickly, “Yup! I found it by a lake throwing perfectly good rock at the lake!”
The dragon turned to Lia and asked her in a sweet voice, “Did she take you here without your consent?”
Lia responded almost immediately, “Yes! Where am I!?”
The dragon didn’t answer the question, “What is your name?”
“I am Princess Lia of the kingdom of Thili!” Lia announced. “Is that near here?”
“No not at all. Oh- I should interduce myself and my friend!” The dragon said quickly, “I am Dee Dee! And the mermaid who kidnapped you is Kris!”
The mermaid who had just put an empty glass bottle on the counter, it must have been a potion since the mermaid now had legs, looked over at Dee Dee and Lia. “What do you need me to do, Dee?”
“Can you check if there is a storm on the way?” Dee Dee requested. Kris saluted Dee Dee and run up some stairs. “If there isn’t a storm I could give you a ride back to your kingdom but in the mean time let me get some warm clothes for you! You can have some cookies!”
Dee Dee put the tray of fresh cookies down on a table and runs off into another room. Lia realized that her dress was soaked. She sat down on an old couch that was there and ate a cookie or seven.

After Lia changed into a short winter dress, Kris came back in screaming at the top of her lungs “HOLY UNCLE CRACKER, THERE IS A HUGE STORM IS HERE!”
“How long do you think it will last?” Dee Dee asked worry seeping into their tone. Lia peeked through the door way at the two mystical beings in the other room.
“About 2 months at least!” Kris exclaimed.
Dee Dee sighed and looked up at Kris, asking her what Lia was thinking, “Why did you bring her here, Kris?”
Kris didn’t respond until a full minute, “I guess she will just have to stay with us since I won’t be able to leave through the water because it is too cold.”
Dee Dee noticed Lia’s blonde hair in the doorway. “Oh, hey darling! I want to know you look like in the outfit!”
Lia stepped out so they could see her. Dee Dee smiled and complemented her. Maybe this won’t be so bad.
