kholood ( @kholoodpals ) has been raising money for quite a few months for a new born son, her two year old daughter, her younger brother, her mother, and her husband, as you can see, not a small family. amidst the bombings their hope has become us helping her leave to relocate to safety. her home is gone, so is that of the people around her, they do their best to move forward, but their best is given to a survival, don't we think they deserve more?

i want kholood safe till she can cross gaza and all of palestine safely, i want her whole family safe and warm and warm and protected, but right now the only assurance i have gotten of that future for jer is the little aid we can provide and in that i feel the failure, kholood's campaigns has been open for months yet we cannot get it to break her first short term goal of just 5k. i will not abandon her, please don't abandon her either, add your hands to her efforts please.

me when i spend a long time drawing something that really does not look good at all and is honestly too ugly to want to share with anybody but i still recognize that it was worth the time and effort because i still gained practice and experience from it that will contribute toward improving my skills

a really great organization that i don't see any posts about here is HEAL palestine. it was founded by steve sosebee, who was a founding president of the PCRF before leaving in late 2023 to refocus his efforts on heal palestine to better meet the needs of palestinians impacted by the genocide. the organization provides palestinians in gaza with food, clean water, shelters, "makeshift classrooms," and even medical evacuation for some children when it's possible--their services are pretty wide.

you can donate here if you would like to send a tax-deductible donation to an organization. also, i don't think any evacuations are possible right now, but if you're in the united states and you'd like to welcome medically evacuated children in the future, i highly recommend signing up for their newsletter or following them on social media so you can stay updated in case any children evacuated by HEAL come to your area for treatment. welcoming these kids at the airport is a really moving way to provide them with moral support, entirely for free.
