One of the most frustrating things about having a hyperfixation is when there is LITERALLY NO FAN BASE BUT YOU FOR SAID HYPERFIXATION!!!!
For example for about a year now I have had a hyperfixation on a little movie called Doom 2005. I don’t know what it is about but it has wormed itself into my head. I adore the characters and desperately want to see more of their dynamics with each other.
But since literally no one likes this movie, apparently outside of me and the friend who showed it to me.
I’ve been stuck in a cycle of searching out for more media like art memes all that normal shit. And it quite simply just does not exist. And it lowkey makes me so so sad because yea it’s not the greatest movies. But there’s still normally a fan base or a fandom for even the most shittiest of movies and TV shows!!
