OKAY THIS AU HAS A LOTTTTT OF EXPLAINING TO DO… (and it’s rlly corny idk if im gonna go on with it…I physically cringed while posting this, but whatever 😭)

Months after the mourning of Leafy’s death, Firey starts to feel even more sluggish than ever before. Why? He misses her, dearly.

What could possibly fix this hole in his heart?

He didn’t know what until GB and TB had a plan.

Make a robot. The robot would have features just like Leafy. It was designed with a vivid green football shape, a cute, bright smile, happy eyes, and limbs.

“Project Leafy”

And there she was made. Programmed to act, speak, sound, and move just like Leafy.

Except, there was one thing. She was programmed to connect with him, just like she did when she was…alive.

“Must….protect…you…from…harm.”

He had mixed feelings about the robot. It was scary how accurate it acted and sounded like her, but a few things threw him off guard.

Whenever you would leave the house, she’d grab onto his shoulder and say, “Why are you leaving.” In a monotone, robotic voice.

And he would have to explain to her until she let you go. She was very protective of him and he appreciated that, but sometimes she latched on a bit…too hard.

“It just…isn’t the same, TB! She’s sweet, just like leafy was, but way too overprotective to the point where I’m being asked where I’m going 24/7. I don’t want to just…be stuck in the house with a replica of my girlfriend telling me I can’t go out because she’s worried! Leafy would never do that.”

“We could fix the programming and tone down the protectiveness level if that would please you more!”

“Yes, please!!! Oh, thank you, TB!”

“Yeah, of course!! Just bring her- cough it over here tonight and I’ll get it fixed up for you!”

The robot was fine until one day, she became too protective. To the point where if anybody slightly hurt him, or mentioned someone being annoying, she’d take matters into her own hands and kill them. (This will be gore-)
