if bh hopefully gets animated, how do you think dorians absence will get worked in? will it stay as it was or maybe they'll shorten it? or do you think they'll treat it like pike in tlovm like a what if they were there the whole time scenario?

Ay hey, thanks for the question!

So, I'm actually pretty confident that they won't have Dorian stay with Bells Hells much longer than he did in the campaign, mainly because his absence is pretty important to not only his character arc but also for example Orym's and also the overall story too. I could see them maybe having the Hells stay in Jrusar a little longer, have him with the party when they fight the Shade Mother and wrap that up nicely, I could MAYBE even see them actually ending the season with Dorian leaving or something like that. Maybe season one is just all Marquet actually, that could kind of work imo if they add some stuff.

I also think they are going to show much more of Dorian with the Crown Keepers during the time he is away, add more scenes with them, show how they're doing and also have a lot more sending stone messages between Dorian and Orym, probably have Dorian also initiate a lot more.

So yeah overall, while I don't think Dorian will stay with the Hells after the first arc, I do think we will see a lot more of him.

Still kinda crazy about Dorian going from calling himself Secondsun to then Onlysun to then referring to himself as Firstsun during the latest liveshow. There is something fucked up about it, something about trying very very hard to accept loss and your place in the new world. But also, considering that we know Dorian can still feel his father's disappointment (as was said when he was mindcontrolled), there is also an element of needing to become someone else to set things right. Dorian might me capable but only the Firstsun can truly lead and make his father proud.
