Sorry to bug you but what does a pinch hitter do? I have some free time but I don't know if I've got what you're looking for.

You just need to make art, whatever you can make for a fic that needs an artist. You don’t get a ton of choice in what fic since only some of them need artists. Basically all you need to do is get in contact with the author who needs you, read their fic and make some art for it.
