I love how silly Victory Is lmao
Man, epidose 31 of Victory!! The Dino Force were a bunch of dummies here, but man! Their last moment of the episode!! Since I wasn't having any luck finding if anyone made good gifs, I made some amateur hour gifs.
The rest of the Dino Force are idiots, but their HIS idiots! ;w;
LEGACY UNITED Dinoking
Kyoryu Sentai Destron!
More like this:
Legacy Evolution Volcanicus
Combiner Wars custom Star Saber
Timelines Deathsaurus
sorry i just. i just realized that deathsaurus has not one, but two potential combiners in his crew.
(liokaiser/the breastforce on top, dinoking/the dinoforce on bottom. )
he has liokaiser and dinoking. like he just has them on his team. and not only that, but there is the potential of both teams being able to double their numbers by splitting themselves as well. the breastforce could be headmasters with beastformer partners by idw lore, and the dinoforce are pretenders and can act independently of their dinosaur shells. (though given the instability of the pretender shells in idw, take the dinoforce having their shells in this continuity with a bit of salt)
neither combiner is used during the DOTL fight, but we know at least liokaiser is canon to idw- we see him later on in lost light. we don't see the dinoforce again in idw, but the possibility of having both combiner teams on the field during DOTL,,,
that means it's the rodisquad (minus megatron) going up against the djd, overlord, deathsaurus, deathsaurus' 200+ crew, and (potentially, if dinoking is real in idw) TWO COMBINERS.
oh, and greatsix- who might be a six changer.
im ngl if im one of the lost light crew having to go up against that mess and megatron decides to just opt out of fighting then he better hope i die in the battle 💀. bc if i live im going after his ass next
(also leozack you bastard, where is your sister hm?? where is lyzack??)
Transformers Legacy United Dinoking Premium Box Set
So I actually really like the Legacy Evolution Volcanicus set. I know a lot of people are hit or miss on it, but I love how many small little tricks and bits on engineering it utilizes to make a Core Class Combiner really work. So I was pretty excited to get a second version with a bunch of improvements. And I do like these guys. I think there are merits to both, so I'd be interested in them doing these weapons again in the traditional Dinobot colors. (You think if I beg hard enough, they'll also do a Slash or Scorn that turns into a giant weapon for Volcanicus?)
The Good: All the dinosaur modes are pretty good. It's a bit of an odd combination, with the dinosaur and robot modes evoking the Dinobots, but the combined mode evoking Dinoking, yet you don't really question it. Said robot modes do have a decent bit of posability, with wide feet and deep knees that allow for very dynamic poses, even if not all of them have elbows.
Comparing the two, I really like how Dinoking utilizes some of the odd ports for storing the new weapons.
Dinoking has more posability than Volcanicus because of the wrists and ankle tilts, but both of them are surprisingly posable for what they are, especially if you mess with the transformation joints. The combining axe is also a great touch.
The Bad: Grimlock/Goryu is probably the weakest link, being very square in all modes, and having that weird neck thing. The kneecap is also tighter than the knee joint, so it ends up not moving when you bend the knee.
Also, while the new parts for Dinoking are cool, they aren't as solid as I would have liked. The feet pop off on occasion, some of the tolerances are weaker than with Volcanicus, etc.
And the paint aps could be better. On Volcanicus they're used on the most important details on the robot and dino modes, and some of that carries over to the Combiner. With Dinoking, it prioritizes the combined mode, so the robots in particular feel somewhat bare, especially next to their counterparts with their stronger chests.
Overall, both these sets are fun. I like the colors on the Dinobots more, but it's hard to argue that Dinoking doesn't have the better set of accessories and is easier to build since it's a box set. If you're on the fence, maybe buy Snarl, Swoop, or Scarr first, check them out, then decide if you want all 6 later.

John Schelling Pollock::
As life goes, I was just recently struck by another profound passage on breath from Mark Nepo:This reflection comes from a conversation with a gifted photographer I met. His story helped confirm for me that we live a life in every breath.
In truth, each heart-breath is an atom of life-force being born one more time. We as human beings have the incredible burden of sensitivity but the incomparable reward of being awakened over and over again.
At a gathering in San Francisco, I met Marco, a careful and patient photographer from Santa Clara. When asked what surprised him during the last year, his voice began to quiver. He'd witnessed two breaths that had changed his life. His daughter's first breath. Then his mother's last breath. As his daughter inhaled the world, it seemed to awaken her soul on Earth. As his mother exhaled her years, it seemed to free her soul of the world.
These two breaths jarred Marco to live more openly and honestly. He took these two breaths into his own daily breathing and quickly saw their common presence in everyone's breathing. Is it possible that with each inhalation, we take in the world and awaken our soul? And with each exhalation, do we free ourselves of the world, which inevitably entangles us? Is this how we fill up and empty a hundred times a day, always seeking the gift of the two breaths? Perhaps this is the work of being.

Can I rant about Victory for a minute?
So we’re watching episode 31. The Dinoforce had spotted Jan in this little Star Wars looking walker robot and they thought it was a new Autobot warrior or something, so they went to Jan’s school to attack it, right?
Well, Star Saber got a message that his son was in trouble, so he met up with Victory Leo to go stop the Dinoforce from hurting the children at the school.
They got there, Star Saber and Victory Leo combined, and they had a fight with Dinoking. But when Dinoking got defeated, they were all laying in a crumpled pile on the ground and Goryu, who for most of the show was mean to his subordinates, stood up and begged Victory Saber to spare his team, saying that he would take the hit to spare them.
Then his team got sad and they got up and stood in front of them, and poor Kakuryu grabbed onto one of Victory Saber’s legs and they begged their leader to run and save himself and let the team fight Victory Saber off.
Victory Saber was so moved by this, he PUT HIS SWORD AWAY and SPARED THEM ALL. But before he left, he told Goryu that he was blessed with a wonderful team and I just. 🥺
Just- Goryu showing that he actually does care about his team and then his team trying to save him for wanting to take the shot for them. They’re so cute and- aahhhhhhhh. 🥹
They were so grateful and Victory Saber just left to go help make sure the kids were alright, and the Dinoforce left with everyone ok. It was seriously heartwarming and my best friend decided she liked Goryu now.
