I think we've all heard and are familiar with Albert Einstein's quote about the definition of insanity - "doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results". If you always drive the same way to work, shake things up a bit today and every once in a while - take a different route. If you are feeling like you are in a rut, rattle your patterns. Travel to an area of the city you've never seen, try a new restaurant, meet new people, take an art class, read an inspirational book. Ask someone for their perspective on a matter that is troubling you. Try to see things from a different angle and view point. Ask a child what they think about a situation.
