Headcanon: When Daenerys and Jon rule the Seven Kingdoms, they will, without warning, say the most out-of-pocket shit imaginable, and, when questioned, reveal that what they were trying to say sounds much more poetic in its native language, whether it be Old Tongue or Dothraki.

Dothraki Grambank Features List

I’ve made a new conlang Grambank entry for Dothraki! Jessie Peterson created a Google Sheets spreadsheet that conlangers can copy and fill out in order to share their work. I did one previously on High Valyrian, and now there's one for Dothraki. This won’t tell you everything about the language, but it’ll tell you a LOT in a very small space. Hello! I'm very happy you are back on tumblr! I have 1 question about dothraki dialogue from GoT I would like to ask you. What are the words exactly that Danaerys says to the khals in the temple of Dosh Khaleen right before she burns it down? The "you are small men. you are not fit to lead the dothraki" bugs me immensely, i can't for hte life of me find a fiitting transcrip in dothraki. Can you spell it out for me please? Thank you very kindly for your time and your answer!!

Anyway, the line as scripted is as follows:

Yeri mahrazhi zhikwi. Torga yeri, Dothraki yanqosoraan zhikwi. Vos at yeroa venoe idrilat mora vosecchi.

It may not have been performed exactly like that in the episode, but that's what I wrote and sent off.
