One thing I think I'm going to find hard to adjust to is how people insist on driving easily walkable distances. 20 minutes walk I'd never drive unless really late. I'm comfortable walking somewhere 30 minutes away and occasionally will do a walk of up to an hour on a nice day.
It depends on where you are honestly. Like yeah I walk to work because its only 20 minutes away, but also, its the ONLY thing around my house within those 20 minutes. Between me and work is just a couple houses, dirt roads and trees, lots of trees. The closest actual store is a small grocery store that would take me probably 40 minutes to walk to if not longer. If I wanted to walk to a little shopping center with multiple stores, we’re talking probably a 2 hour walk along a high way. I would love to be somewhere where I could just walk or bike to 90% of the places I needed to go but sadly not an option around here.

Start with basic needs. Have you eaten enough, slept enough, drunk enough, taken your meds if you have them. Then think about your other needs - have you been loved enough today, have you done something that you find fulfilling, etc
