Hey so I just started playing Earthbound!

Anyone have any tips? I'm really liking it so far. It's a pretty cooky game!

What's your take on astrology? Do you think it has any impact on our personalities? Also, do you happen to have Steven Universe on your to-do list? Thank you! :)

1. Astrology is an appropriation of a number of old civilizations cultures. (I’m not saying this negatively. I lot of stuff we have is appropriation. It is part of history, conquering, losing, trading. It happens). But with that I do not put ANY validity in astrology. It is based on planet alignments as symbols before you know….science. Where a planet or star is has no effect on how any person acts or thinks. It is the equivalent of Game of Thrones characters thinking the comet has any meaning to their personal lives. It is a comet people, not a sign of dragons coming or anything else. People make their own choices. Now is astrology fun? Yes. Real in the sense of actually having real meaning or impacting a person’s personality? Absolutely Not.

2. I have Steven Universe on my list. It is a hard show for me to get through. I get that representation in it is why people love it, but as a show it is boring me…So we will see. Maybe it picks up.

Theory about Pearl

Well we all know about the Blue Pearl/Diamond and Yellow Pearl/Diamond relationship. Also, people are guessing that Pearl is White Diamond's Pearl, but I don't think that's the case. 

All of the gems have roughly 3-4 hues of the same color as their own gem: Amethyst has purples and black

 Garnet has reds and black

 Peridot sports lots of different shades of green and some yellow 

Rose has shades of pink and white, 

and Lapis has all blues.

This is great when we look at the gems, but not when we look at Pearl. She is SO many colors and always has been! She has around a total of 5 completely different colors in her outfit!

 (Her space outfit is also blue, not white. That's why I don't think she is Rose's Pearl.)

 Who else have we met that a lot of colors? Hmmm 

Bismuth. That's right this gem here. I think Pearl served under Bismuth. All of the same colors are there, and Rose has Bismuth safely saved in lion. 

What if Bismuth got seriously injured in battle, and Pearl begged Rose to save her? Maybe that's how they met and started to get to know each other?? I don't know, it's just a theory. This image however still has me questioning because she appears mostly white in the gem homeworld.

I’m just not sure. Any thoughts?
