Summary : Austin and Harry are quite fond of the new yet known Y/N. Writer of world wide known stories and some co-written with Belle Noire, Sommers long partner and muse. He offers subtly a way to offer her to be appart in a open relationship with Harry.
Love. Something you were known for your craft and care to the world. Pieces of words as they formed itself so effortlessly, in awe at each sentences almost crying at the masterpiece you were currently writing.
You knew for a damn second that once your eyes glanced to your side, your fingers reaching for the little plastic bag, little did you know it was now empty. Not even a single of your magic pills were in sight.
Jokingly thinking you couldn’t have possibly take a full bag in one sitting, you looked at the time and couldn’t believe it. In fact, you had spent the whole day and night tipping the words away that you didn’t even bother to realize what could’ve those pills have done to have such an affect on you.
Sighing you realized it was probably best to get some food your fingers getting tired by the minute and the effect of the pills slowly fading away, a good feast was needed. But where?
Heading your way to Provincetown’s local grocery store, casually saluting the owner you wondered around the aisle not truly finding what could possibly satisfy your need. Thus, when your eyes glanced at the freshest meats section. Your eyes sparkles. Hunger called.
The adrenaline rushing through your body whiting the second as without even questioning, grabbed one, two, maybe half of the aisle. Before you knew you heard a soft chuckle right besides you. “Big feast, ugh?”
Looking to your right gasping in sight as you noticed a man about your age, quite handsome you might say. Held a cart as well and yet was strangely waiting for you to leave right before he could come to his own feast to.
Being confused for a hot minute you then noticed by the look of your cart now fully packed with different peaces of meats what he meant. Chuckling nervously in return you nodded, rapidly trying to find a way to use something as a good excuse.
“I have a big party tonight. Guess we are big meat eaters.”
The man did not speak as if he was… analyzing you? Which you sworn to have caught a slight smirk coming from him, nodding silently as he picks his meats of choice. “You see, same goes for me. Guess everyone who comes here, are are big party people.”
Gulping at his words you agreed not wanting to argue any longer. Thoughts now corrupting your mind as you excused yourself, wishing him a well evening, could not endure your hunger for very much longer and went back home.
Harry knew. Harry knew you were one of them when he first spot you at the meat aisle blindly taking almost all of the meats available to you. He thought, was she a new target? Or an unlucky stars that made her only a blood sucker.
But as he approaches to have a better look at you, Y/N a famous author who once in a while would co-write with Belle Noir noticed you right away. Of course, by being the gentleman he was knew he did not wanted to interrupt your feast and waited for the perfect moment to introduce himself. Which happened once again, at the night when you and him luckily met at the local pub.
You were with Austin and Belle Noir, whom insisted for you to come at the pub tonight to meet another writer. Not too famous yet underrated and that you might bond with pretty well.
“It better be someone good this time, last time the guy bore me so much we ended up sucking him more than to listen to his shitty piece of work.” With a bore look on your face, you thanked the barmaid offering you the usual drink as a rather amused Austin replied.
“My dear, Y/N. This one is something else… right Belle?” Austin’s eyes darkened and leaned on Belle’s side just slightly not to long before her eyes glanced at the door to whom at entered. “There he is.”
You took a better look by turning around and there he was. The same man you met an hour before coming in here. Something inside of you, knew you wanted to run and escape this hell but just as when, both Belle and Austin waved their hands to him he was found standing just right behind you. “Hi, I must apologize for me being so late all the sudden. You know my-“
Being completely comprehensive Belle hushed the poor man who now sat down and just like that glanced to his side, frowning slightly to have a better look at you. “Did we?”
He paused but before he could speak got cut by Austin just as surprised as he was. “Oh! So you two know each other already?” He smirks barely holding up on his excitement. “Brilliant!”
Shaking his head, letting a soft chuckle he explained that he had only met you in the grocery today. Thought he would’ve much preferred to have met you in this condition, he held a hand as if he wanted to reintroduce himself. “The name’s Harry. Harry Gardner a big fan of yours and Belle’s co-written stories.”
So he did knew who you were. Now found dead silence in your seat, a remain of your soft blushed cheeks gradually appeared more pronominal as you tried to covered it by taking a simp from your drink. “I must say… I never met a true fan in my life. Solitude is where I work best I suppose.”
The three all chuckled fairly agreeing and yet in reality it was a big thanks to the magic pill. Both Belle and Austin shared a glance to each other then the stage. “My dear, how about we go and sign a little. This drink got me all too full of excitement not to make an encore.”
With Belle agreeing they soon left you and Harry all alone. Great. You thought, now as you thrill slightly your drink, amusingly looking at your friends having the fun of their own.
Harry however, took the opportunity to look at you. Something in you fascinated him but what? He couldn’t tell? You took the time to notice when you were about to share something but as you met his eyes, your gaze never wanted to leave.
“Sorry,” He chuckles nervously, clumsily rubbing the back of his neck like he was your typical movie lover boy trying to win his woman’s heart. “It’s just… Your…”
“Isn’t she beautiful, Gardner.” Austin’s voice both made you and Harry jump by fright. You on the other hand, hushing Austin for his way with words reassuring to Harry he was only joking.
Harry knew Austin wasn’t and nor did he. A quick smirk as Harry took a last sip of his drink, agreeing with his friend more seriously.
You knew by looking at them that an escape or even just changing the subject might have been a wrong move to make. Thus, when both Sommers and Gardner offered a ride home. Arguing like two old teens, you could barely make out a word you glanced to Belle whom only smiled and yet did not helped to sort you out of this situation.
“How about, both you and Harry come to my place and have a little bit of a… feast?” Sommers offers, you agreeing but being slightly confronted at Harry’s undeceived but quickly took the turn as he agreed so to.
With a clap of hands loud and clear you and Harry were both now in Sommers’s back seat. Harry whom quietly and with care sneaked his arm around you, noticing then Austin’s glare as to make sure you were also saving a piece for him to.
