Rough WIP of Krovendrakk transverse gallop animation. (see my dA account if you don’t know what Krovens are)
Will eventually have a head+neck and a tail - but didn’t want to add to any of my animations until I feel the body motion is roughly right (or there’d only be more things to fix)
Anyway, this is transverse gallop - which in Krovens also has two suspension phases (though suspension phases are shorter and less extreme in flexion/extension than in rotary double suspension gallop). A long, loping gait that fills a role somewhat between canter and rotary gallop, relatively efficient and ground-covering.
Anyway, this one is super-rough and has a fair few proportion-bugs - will likely sort these out more when I start putting in more muscle detail.
Any tips or advice (or bug-spotting!) would potentially be very helpful and useful, so go ahead - easier pointing things out now than waiting until detailing stage. :’D
