Can't remember the exact name but I think this burger was called "the Christina" from @serialgrillernz. It had two beef patties, cheese, lettuce, pickles, "fried chicken" mayo and some other things which I don't remember. I also added bacon to it. It was super delicious and very messy to eat. My right hand was covered in sauce by the end of it. The buns were soft but held the whole burger together well. The beef patties were beefy and just melts in your mouth. The sauce was creamy and tasted a little bit like fried chicken but not exactly full on fried chicken. The bacon was good quality bacon and tasted good. Rating: 10 / 10 The only thing I would nit pick on is that the burger should be served in a waxed paper wrap like McDonald's burgers rather than in a paper box as that would be much easier to eat. Though I suppose a paper box is much more eco-friendly I guess. Unfortunately Serial Griller is based out in Whitianga and only came by Auckland for the Otahuhu Food Festival.
