Ingredients: 1 cup flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter. 1 cup brown sugar. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup dried cranberries. 1/2 cup chopped pistachios.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar until smooth. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, stirring until well combined. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and chopped pistachios. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
