Ingredients: 1 cup cooked quinoa. 1 cup rolled oats. 1/2 cup almond butter. 1/3 cup honey. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips. 1/4 cup chopped nuts e.g., almonds or walnuts.
Instructions: Put cooked quinoa and rolled oats in a large bowl and mix them together. Melt the coconut oil and mix in the honey, cocoa powder, and almond butter in a small saucepan over low heat until everything is well mixed. Now take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract. Add the almond butter mixture to the quinoa and oats and mix them well. Add the chopped nuts and dark chocolate chips and mix well. In a square baking pan that has been lined, press the mixture down firmly. For at least two hours or until firm, put it in the fridge. Cut into bars and enjoy once it's done!

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate larger bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and beat until well combined. Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture into the wet mixture, stirring until fully incorporated. Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each cookie. Flatten each dough ball slightly with the back of a spoon.
