FITNESS
Went to the gym for an hour before lunch time, did half an hour of cardio once I got back from school. Also had half an hour private dance lesson, then came home and did half an hour of ab exercises and then went back for an hour commercial/street dance lesson.
FOOD
For breakfast
- cereal and skimmed milk
For break
- 3 Jaffa cakes
For lunch
- a white bread roll and butter
- a packet of Snack-a-Jack crisps
- a plum (1x 5-a-day)
- a kit-Kat bar
For tea
- mashed potato
- beans (1x 5-a-day)
- 2x vegetable fingers (1x 5-a-day)
- banana (1x 5-a-day)
- 0% fat yoghurt
- mango (1x 5-a-day)
