Heat butter in a 2-quart heavy saucepan over moderate heat until foam subsides, then cook mushrooms, stirring, until liquid that mushrooms give off is evaporated and they begin to brown, about 5 minutes. Add lobster meat, paprika, salt, and pepper and reduce heat to low. Cook, shaking pan gently, 1 minute. Add 1 tablespoon Sherry and 1/2 cup hot cream and simmer 5 minutes.
Whisk together yolks and remaining tablespoon Sherry in a small bowl. Slowly pour remaining 1/2 cup hot cream into yolks, whisking constantly, and transfer to a small heavy....
Bad Sports "Someday in the Future" Kings of the Weekend, 2011 Someday in the future there's a place for me Somewhere in the distance I can barely see Somewhere in the void, waiting there for me Somehow I know once I'm there I won't ever be alone again This was my theme song for my last semester of college. I'd find myself listening to this song over and over, consuming the lyrics as a mantra. It kept me hopeful, even when it felt like stress was going to consume me whole. I think every college grad (or any young adult, really) can relate to the soul-crushing anxiety that is figuring out WHAT YOU ARE DOING WITH YOUR LIFE. It just wrecks you at times, all that overthinking. This song has stuck with me and is now the anthem of my post-graduate life because I still have no clear idea what I'm doing with myself. It's trial and error, mostly. Not very inspiring, I know. But I've become less worried and I trust myself more, so it's been slowly shifting from a mantra back into a song. Everything is gonna be fine. This type of attachment probably isn't commonly associated with Bad Sports. They're a group from Denton, Texas featuring members of OBN III's and Wax Museums that play '70s-tinged rock and roll that's as much a sort of bratty punk as it is power pop. Not really sentimental genres. But Kings of the Weekend is catchy and dynamic, and is an album that can be always ends up on repeat. It's easy to love, and that's pretty sentimental, right? —Thea

It was a cheap one piece fits all (not) get up from my local sex shop...I had to cut the lower half off because it was apparently made for fucking nagas and was about a foot too long for my body.
Gentleman Jesse last night at Barboza in Seattle was a total powerpop blast.
