@oinkyourfaceofpies-pig: Wow calm down girl!! Haha. Yes, I am Korean and I'm glad you like my art. AND I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU LOOKING AT MY DUMB SHIPS HAHA THANK YOU And I guess the next following questions are all pretty similar. Asking about my process.
How do I start this. Well, yes, you have to practice! There is no way you can get better over night. It requires a lot of frustration and tears but you just kind of have to push through it to get any better. If you don't, you'll only be giving up.
I can't really show you a step by step process of me drawing because that would take too long and I'll be honest, it isn't really worth my time. No offense! I just have a lot of other things to do. But you guys seem to want to know how to draw in my style exactly. I don't really know how my style came to be but it definitely didn't just happen like that with a snap. My drawings have developed and changed over the years. The topic of style in art is such a fickle thing because really, style does not matter. You may have heard that before but, if you're a starting artist or if you're learning, you shouldn't worry as much about style as you should be about skill. Once you get better at drawing, then you can explore with style and develop your own.
I mean, I say this but I'm so stubborn when it comes to actually practicing to get better and I get stuck drawing the same things a lot sometimes. So... yeah... I guess if you want tips with how to "draw like me" I can only say, explore. Explore any way possible. Try different drawing and coloring styles every day or week. I don't mind admitting that I've copied a lot of other artists when I practice and want to explore style. Just to see what it's like or just to simply learn (I try not to publicly post them, however haha).
So yeah, just stay loose and don't be too fussy with your drawings. Don't get attached or get caught up in lines or how clean something is or WHATEVER. Just... go out and draw haha WOW I'll be amazed if anyone actually read this.
