👋 Bel après-midi
I love my husband about 90 percent of the time. But there are some nights where it's pretty fucking hard. Nights where he comes home with his ass dragging, and despite the fact that I make THREE TIMES as much income, he figures he's entitled, without doing shit, to a hot meal, cleanup and all, plus clean laundry, and ALL the the pet care...which...is... substantial. (Our elderly canine requires 11 medications and about an hour and a half of physical therapy a day, plus, naturally, a considerable amount of in-ing-and-outing.)
All while he sits on his ass. He can't even move a fucking car when I ask him.
I swear, he's always figured I have a do-nothing job because "You sit on your ass all day". Now that I work from home, and HE commutes? He's really convinced that I have a zero-effort job.
I gotta hand it to him. I suppose it must be hard work, all that cognitive dissonance.
