We always see these around the prom and on Douglas beach running along then wag wag wag. In English of course they are called a wagtail but in Manx they have many names. Ushag voltee is the name for the pied wagtail. Where as all the other wagtails have the term 'skibbag' then their adjective, skibbag means skipper or skipping, I think this is a much better name, but we have to go with the sources, and they point to Ushag voltee.
