Espa doesn't. I don't think they even have access to nail polish, and if they ever had the interest I think the handlers wouldn't be happy. Something something "exercising bodily autonomy" something something "little things to make the weapon happy aren't allowed".
Espa's primary handler Ms. Ann might do it sometimes 👍 In special occasions. Like, getting them done at the salon. She doesn't know how to do it on her own and doesn't care to learn. Gisele could probably do to be more vain, but she's never tried. I think she should try it to feel fancy a lil. She deserves it u_u
Ciça might, too, but not that often. I think she books to go with her friend Denise and they get their toenails matching :) She's not A Nail Polish Person but I think she enjoys it. Her nephew, Guy (hasn't shown up in the main story yet), probably used to, but I don't think he has the time anymore, plus it's a bit disencouraging because of dysphoria.
Then we have Sethie! :D They haven't shown up yet either but they are a pretty over-the-top person and definitely do their nails. Probably something with different patterns for each finger done professionaly with any colors they can get their hands on, something different every week. They know how to do it at home, too, but it's not as intricate and fancy as they like it. I think they'd offer to paint Espa's at some point during recovery arc. Little bonding time <3
