Why did the Krel and Douxie deserve to be together?
They both like music
They watched their loved ones die in front of their eyes
They wanted their superiors to value their efforts.
Krel admits that Akiridian magic and technology are compatible.
From the little interaction they had, they understood each other.
They both mixed their maneuvers or attacks with music.
Krel has come to admit that he likes strange scoundrels. So this may be a hint that he likes men.
They both dealt with psychological tests that showed them their greatest fears or traumas, but which they still managed to overcome.
Douxie seemed drawn to Krel's Akiridian form.
