Effect: Their stigma expresses itself physically by producing extremely fine silk-like thread, much like spider silk. These threads can be used to subdue targets or contain them. They can be used for temporary repair for both items and the body β the threads can keep wounds closed, and keep debris from falling down. And they can also lay down a map of them to detect if anything is in an area before anyone goes in. If in a pinch they will use the threads as a type of parachute, but only in a life or death situation.
Pact Details: They made their pact not with a demon, but rather a different being from mythology β they are still unsure if it was actually the Arachne, or rather just some aspect of her. They made their pact when they were 17 β they wanted to fix everything that was going wrong and spiralling out of control. Which worked, however, they always find themself in the position of a peacemaker (even in situations they want to go apeshit), and they can never be truly happy with what they create. Be it their yarn or thread being knotted, art supplies malfunctioning (dead markers, bleeding pens, etc.), or and most frequently, severe artist block.

Was originally assigned Clementia but then was transferred over to Hotarubi and has stayed in the dorm since they honestly can only imagine the levels of stress the other houses would give them. Has always been interested in the arts and usually can be found working on some sort of project or another. Does deal with chronic artist block β¦ students have seen them pacing and muttering to themself often.
Started peer tutoring in their second year, both in class (Darkwick really needs to improve it's health education) but also one-on-one as well. Got a 'I just work here' pin from one of the underclassmen that they helped and wears it to the class they help in.
Is known for being a good tailor and people often come to them to get their garments fixed β¦ unfortunately they do not enjoy sewing but will do it regardless (and their hobbies require sewing, this is their boulder). They do charge for their services, the only people who don't get the fee are friends.
Very patient most of the time, however, if you know them you will see them get an eye twitch when they are tested and their face turns pink; very rare to genuinely make them mad. They unfortunately do not show their distaste for people known β¦ so people they do not like think that they are in good graces meanwhile they are imagining throwing a brick at them.
Used to be terrified of spiders, but then saw the beauty in what they can do. Still does not like it when they get near them but has a respect for the arachnids. Hates flies and centipedes though.
Petrified of heights. Even up on a short ladder they start sweating and will be constantly cursing until their feet are on solid ground. One GA student once got stuck beside them when they had to fly β¦ they had never heard so many curse words other than in the Sinostra casino.
Was in Clementia originally and then was placed in Hotarubi when it got decommissioned. Was friendly towards Haku, although he learned early on not to say some stuff near them (aka got his mouth silked shut) and was like "oh, you again" when they both ended up in Hotarubi. Is friends with Rui and helps out in the bar.
Cannot flirt for their life. What do you mean being nice and helpful and very awkward near someone doesn't count??? Will not confess, will just silently stew in their brain and sigh wistfully out of earshot. Also does not know when someone is flirting with them unless it's very straightforward or painfully flirty β¦ enter the silk taping of their mouth.
At Darkwick they are trying to pursue paralegal work but keep on hitting road blocks (ahem, getting sent on missions and not able to study). Does not agree to anything before knowing what it is and what it entails.
