Pain... Yup, pain has been my greatest teacher! It's taught me to not take things or people for granted. To live in the moment. To take life day by day. It's made me push myself far beyond I ever thought was possible, physically, and mentally. It's taught me that we put restrictions on ourselves. We are capable of so much but we let our thoughts and words from others place doubt in our minds. I am thankful for the amazing people I have in my life, my growth this past year and lessons I've learned.
