GUYS GUYS GUYS I DID IT!!! The oneshot fic about Legend singing is FINALLY HERE!! I STOPPED PROCRASTINATING!!! (Based off of my post about LU music-related headcanons).

This ended up being way longer (and sadder) than I meant it to be, and I lost so much sleep writing this, but I'm really happy with how it came out. This is my first time ever posting a fic I've written, so if you're bored and want to give it a read, I'd really appreciate it!

Description:

“Last night she came to me, my dead love came in So softly she came that her feet made no din As she laid her hand on me and this she did say ‘It will not be long, love, till our wedding day.’”

He softly drew out the last phrase, letting it ring out and mingle with the chirps of crickets and wind rustling the leaves. It loosened a little at the vise constricting his heart--but not much. He sighed, gaze dropping.

“Don’t stop,” Hyrule’s voice came softly.

Legend jumped, his breath getting caught in his throat and his cheeks burning, panic running through him like wildfire.
