Sir,
The anticipatory judgement I gave in my reply of August 10th has been confirmed. I laid the proposals of your Government before Dáil Éireann, and, by an unanimous vote, it has rejected them.
From your letter of August 13th it was clear that the principle we were asked to accept was that the ‘geographical propinquity’ of Ireland to Britain…

One of Britain's worst-ever child sex abuse gangs have now been jailed for a total of 190 YEARS following the sentencing of its final four members.
Seven victims aged under 13 were abused over almost a decade in the Walsall and Wolverhampton areas in what a judge said was a "prolonged and sustained" campaign that left children "terribly psychologically damaged".
After several criminal trials, the final four people involved in what the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) said was the largest child sexual abuse investigation in the West Midlands have been imprisoned - a total of 21 people have now been convicted...."
This is a start but a drop in the bucket compared to the systemic abuse boys hav been suffering under the public school system for centuries. A system of grooming young boys to be bonded to one another professionally, emotionally and sexually. It's a very sick society.

10 Downing Street, Farnham
I don’t know why it never occurred to me before since it’s one of the main commercial streets in town and my GP’s surgery is at the foot of it, but Farnham has its own Downing Street and, of course, there’s a # 10 in it. Just no Prime Minister.
