Often, really. He’s probably more aware of it than his teammates, but he’s probably aware that it influences how he treats them, than they treat him? He’s confident they love and respect him and don’t think of him as the lowblood of the team.
Like. Firewall has him interpret for her because he gets to tell people to fuck off, and she thinks its funny that a yellowblood does it, but that’s not because Firewall thinks differently of him. That’s because other people think differently of him.
But half of Download’s insistence that everyone else be on the front lines and is also an asshole about it, is because he knows that his teammates are tougher than him, and could basically wipe him out clean. He can’t be bothered by the fact he doesn’t have privacy because he’s lowblooded and lives with Sniffer. Sniffer mothers the people she’s around, because that’s how she copes with listening in on people constantly, but Download hates it when she does it because he’s absolutely 100% vested in maintaining his personal agency in his day to day, that most yellowbloods with useful psi don’t get this, and her slight infringement on it is a reminder of those blood caste politics. He gets snappy with Sniffer about this.
He’s bothered by the fact Virus could hop in his head and use his psi and basically just keep him around for doing puzzles because he knows his psi is the most useful part of him! He also dislikes that Virus reminds him of all the gross shit he has to do on the job, and so Virus gets the most shit from Download, but also Virus is like a dumb baby cactus who rolls over people’s toes and offers hotel rooms to children and he’s touched by kindness even though he’s not particularly inclined to be kind himself.
He’s not so bothered by Firewall. They go way back. He communicates for her and the best with her, and her powers just like. short out his, which yes, could get him sick, but also like... doesn’t really impose herself on him at all. She cooks for him, he talks for her- BEST BUDS (:

..... a lot. DL ISN’T A PARTICULARLY NICE OR GOOD PERSON. HE’S PRETTY SOLIDLY TRUE NEUTRAL.
Fear for his life, the life of his teammates or losing his job would stop him from doing the right thing.
Being able to walk away might get him to, in fact, walk away.
If there’s a victim involved, Download disliking the victim for whatever reason, would stop him from helping.
If his teammates wouldn’t judge him for it, he’d let it go. DOWNLOAD KIND OF SUCKS AS A PERSON.

Depends on what the stakes are! If it was like human college prep test with no more retakes Download would study through the night, snap at anyone interfering with the studying that wasn’t bearing a gift of food, and do fucking brilliantly on the test.

He uses eucalyptus and lavender bath products and he takes a shower every day and uses deodorant.. He doesn’t use cologne or perfume regularly but for special occasions he might put on a touch. I have no idea what he’d use don’t look at me.
Unfortunately he touches a lot of gross shit at work and spends time at the morgue so he does pick up the smell of antiseptic and formaldehyde. In the field he does pick up a bit of BO but he’s rarely the person on the front lines but that’s rare.

Pissing off your neighbors is an excellent way to start a feud that will probably involve mind control and manipulation and frankly, Cress would rather not start anything like that.
Download leaves the hive in costume probably fairly regularly, which gets him a look or three when he walks down the block. Also ngl, if a neighbor is pushing their buttons and isn’t listening to Firewall, he’d probably try to unnerve people by telling them that there’s asbestos in their house. He can taste it in the air! Cress is a pretty spiteful person! She’d go out of her way to spite someone, but usually only if provoked. Disliking someone isn’t enough- someone who’s standing in the way between her and what she wants is usually asking for her to do something cruel.

Cress literally never says what she wants. There’s a lot of hints and nudges and attempts at manipulation but she usually forces the people around her who give a shit to attempt mind reading.
She wants a lot of stuff! Some of it is pretty obvious like her pop idol dreams, but she probably hasn’t said anything about Canary, to anyone. Similarly, she’s told no one about her crush on Melete and will continue to refuse to do so. Even though Melete is clearly fucking clueless.

Download isn’t very picky with his food but he likes complicated flavors with lots of calories. He generally dislikes eating meat because his psi just processes it, but he does get to taste it on top of that, so he’s not above making a heavy gravy with the stuff or something.
He likes calorie heavy stuff too because it’s an extra assurance that he’s going to meet the calorie count of the day, keep from starving, and getting sick. He probably likes a spicy vegetable tempura tbh.
He likes excellent presentation and molecular gastronomy stuff mostly as a luxury kind of thing? As a kid he did a lot of eating literally whatever came his way and now that he’s in a secure place, he’s gonna eat the Good Shit. The Best Shit.

DL doesn’t really get lost in his home turf, but when the team ventures elsewhere he can absolutely get turned around. And he asks for directions because he’s not an overcompensating idiot. (:

For a job probably, going under cover? He’s fine with showing skin- nakedness is a little... much. But he’s sacrificed dignity and cleanliness plenty of times for the job.

Download doesn’t zone a lot! He likes to enjoy life in the moment and he’s got pretty good focus so long as he’s trying not to parse out bio info.

Download doesn’t acknowledge negative emotions really for the most part! He’ll always focus on the positives and turn everything else into spite, so he’ll always try and appear to be casual and collected even as he does something spiteful or petty.
It sure isn’t the best way to deal with personal conflict or do any deep dives into his own personality, and probably leads to some spatting in the team sometimes.
