He was probably going to kill her if she didn’t get them back soon. 

“Senpai, how long have you had those gloves?” Had been the question. Minako was probably far from secretive about her intentions, but the fraying threads and scuffed leather told a tale without words needing to. She had caught him after classes, daggers from his fanclub boring holes into the back of her skull at her suggestion they walk home together. How silly to get jealous over dorm-mates. 

Still, as a newly appointed S.E.E.S. leader she imagined that equipment was as important as their physical health, and concern laced the redhead’s face at the quality of the boxing gloves hanging off his bag. Her eyes went to his hands, studying the skin on his knuckles for any signs of injury. The Fool was used to shrugging off any sort of embarrassment or awkwardness, especially in cases like this. 

How silly to get embarrassed over dorm-mates. 

And yet, here she was hovering outside his door, feeling awkward about just handing him a new pair of gloves. A thousand scenarios ran though her head. [You can’t fight Shadows if you’re injured!] [It’s what friends would do, of course!] [I was getting equipment for everyone!] But nothing seemed right. In a split-second decision to just hide the gloves in his room, Minako knocked on the wood softly in hopes he wouldn’t be in. Should be a piece of cake, right?

The door opened. 

“O-oh! Senpai, I didn’t know you’d be in.” Her voice was too loud, her laughter forced. “Ah, um. I was wondering if you could go over some of my calculus assignment? I think I’m missing something.”

That’s it, it was go time. Mission: Glove switch.

“Tch, don’t know what you’re talking about” the Hierophant stuffs his hands in his coat pockets, turning away slightly.  No matter how far he runs, no matter where he hides, the Emperor always finds him.  The song and dance is the same, the Emperor wants things to go back to how they used to be but they just can’t, he just can’t pretend that he didn't do what he did.  How he lost control...how he killed that poor woman and got away with it.  How could they expect him to just forget about it and move on?

Being from a small town, it was strange that he would be reached out to by a police officer named Kurosawa from Tatsumi Port Island, but it seemed as though they were calling in various people in the police force and other workers across Japan for some kind of cultural exchange for a high school. While at first Dojima was a bit reluctant he figured it would be a good way for him to see a new place as well, besides having a student shadow him didn’t seem too bad.

Once he arrived at Gekkoukan High School he made his way to the room where he was to be introduced to the student that was going to be shadowing him for the next week. The teen that seemed to be assigned to him already looked like the athletic type , no wonder they put this kid to shadow him he already looked like he could be in the police force in the future if he wanted to. Well, it was time for an introduction.

“Hey. I’m Detective Ryotaro Dojima.”

Minato’s return face of the furrowed brows, scrunched nose and his open bent at the wrist palm tried to get across the point his comment clearly could not.

His chopsticks click between his fingers before setting them back in his Extra Large and Extra Empty beef bowl. 

“Eh- well no that’s not what I’m trying to say but let's hope for all of our sake he’s not. I’m just saying: Maybe you shouldn’t do it in uniform.” Minato sighed, crossing his heels under the bar table. “It may scare him.” The last part came in a small whisper followed by a quiet chuckle.

I was honestly wondering what happened to them for a while, I really missed them.  When I saw them back on the dash a while ago, I was pretty ecstatic.  They were always a good friend and a kind and generous soul.  Their Akihiko is equally amazing and I had a lot of fun developing the relationship between him and Ryuji.  With any luck we can resume that relationship!

They were another blog that I didn’t see for a while and someone I sincerely missed and would think about a lot.  Seeing them back on the dash means more to me than words could ever say.  They’re someone who has always been nothing but good to me and kind to me.  My amazing mobile banner was actually made by them! Beyond that, they’re a quality Haru and just a genuinely nice person.

They are probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet on here.  They’re just such a nice mun at heart and so nice to converse and talk with, I honestly feel bad that we haven’t had a chance to really kickstart our ship because it’s jut been so fun - it’s just such a wholesome and caring ship crafted with so much detail and love.  The mun honestly has a good heart and is someone who always keeps their head up - they would be the first to comfort someone who was upset or needed help.  Truly just a nice person at their core.

Sere’s another really great mun - I remember once she gave me a ton of icons for Ryuji, like a ton and she totally didn’t have to do that and that was just really nice of her - and I think that just sums up who she is - just a genuinely nice and kind person.  She’s another person I haven’t really had a chance to talk with recently but I will always remember her kindness and her generosity.  Top notch Joker as well.

Apparently the running theme of this ask is gonna be ‘muns Jassi lost touch with’ - ha, wasn’t exactly intentional but I’m quite happy to include this mun among this list of other amazing muns.  They were always nice to me - they’re just one of those blogs where even just seeing them on the dash perks you up a little, if that makes sense…? I don’t know, I just always got a sense of happiness and comfort whenever I saw their blog.  They’re just someone who’s genuinely nice - plus they have a multi-muse blog and I will never stop broadcasting how much I love those, especially ones that consist of original characters.

Ever since I first started this blog, even before we knew anything about Ryuji’s character, he got a lot of comparisons to Kanji - and even if I never fully bought into those theories, that he was basically gonna be Kanji 2.0 - the idea of them interacting did admittedly intrigue me.  They both are very blunt and sometimes rude guys - but they’re also guys who are true to themselves.  Their boldness is reflected in their hair and their fashion sense, I think, so I was always fascinated by possible interactions between them.  Their Kanji was always a blog I’d admired from afar but never knew quite how to approach.  We’ve gotten to talking only recently and they’re pretty nice - plus they’re an A++ Kanji too.  Looking forward to our potential interactions.

Kanji just puffed out his chest proudly with both hands on his hips for Akihiko to see him sporting his favorite swimwear, a smile beaming on his face. It was a breath of fresh air to not hear someone demand he change immediately. The more they seemed to learn about each other the more comfortable Kanji felt Akihiko really understood him. 

“Yeah, I mean I usually just wear ‘em because they are easy ta move around in, but this one especially...” he spun around, showcasing the logo printed on the rear side. “I just like the skull! It really my aesthetic!” Day 2 of camping was off to a great start, already! - @downtomyunderboos
